Hello everyone! I grew up in Wisconsin and have lived all over and decided to start a new journey in Colorado. I was very fortunate to find a great place to work for here at Fischer Van Lines. I’m the Office Manager at the company and have been with FVL since 2014. It’s a privilege to be able to help people with their moving needs. Especially since moving is such a stressful time for everyone. We take a stressful situation and make it into a stress-free moment. We have a great group of guys working here! We take pride in our work and everyone is a family here at the company. Looking forward to helping you with your moving needs!
I started moving at the age of 18 for my uncle’s moving company that he helped start up in Grand Junction called “All Pro Moving”. I learned everything I know from there and stayed with it for 5 years. I love moving because you’re never doing the same thing every day. New people, new places, new challenges. I love helping people out as much as possible and making a stressful day into a stress-free day! I love working at Fischer Van Lines because everyone that works here is more than just a co-worker. We are family and we look out for one another! There’s no “I” in Team.
Moving specialist and world pronounced customer service representative from Kansas City, MS. The best thing about working for Fischer Van Lines are the challenges presented each day. Allowing you to build character, as well as assist customers in a timely manner. There are days where skill, like problem solving or driving plays the for front. Knowing your helping the customer start a new journey in life takes the cake!
My name is Curtis. I’m 33 years old and I’m from Littleton, CO. Colorado has been my home for 20 years. In my spare time, I like to hike, workout, and snowboard. Moving has been a passion ever since I started 5 years ago. Jeff (the owner), the office staff and all of us work as a team. We take care of each other here and love to take care of our customers. I’m a proud mover at Fischer Van Lines.
Hello! My name is Edwin. I’m from the island of Puerto Rico. I’ve been in the U.S. for the past 4 ½ years and I’ve been enjoying the new experiences and the people. I like learning new things every day. My friends would describe me as “too serious for my own good” but I am easy going, and occasionally a good cook… I make a mean mac n cheese! I like working with Fischer Van Lines because they take good care of us, so we love to return the favor and take great care of our customers!
I have been moving for 16 years now. It’s a hard job to do but I love doing it! Every day is something new. You name it I’ve moved it. I started moving when I was helping with my family’s moving company. Moving is not for everyone, you really need to love doing this work. At the end of the day after your job is done, and you have moved the family into their new home, office, or where ever, it is very rewarding to see the smile on their faces. That’s what makes this job great and fun all at the same time. I’ve been working at Fischer Van Lines for almost 9 years. Jeff Fischer is the man I called to get a new job. This place is the best to work for. Great guys, great trucks, great office staff! Give us a call when you need to move. We are the men for you! Call Us Fischer Van Lines.
Hello, my name is Darian Windom. I’m 26 years old, father of 2, Denver native, and a proud BRONCOS FAN! It’s great working at Fischer Van Lines. You stay in shape, always get to meet new people and my co workers are the best. It is a privilege in helping people get to start a new journey in their life!
I started moving for Fischer Van Lines when I was in EMT school. I fell in love with the industry as it’s one more way to help people daily, not to mention a great workout! I enjoy being technically proficient in any field I am involved in and this is one of the few skilled labor jobs in which one has direct interaction with the clientele throughout the daily routine. I plan to continue moving as I go through paramedic school and it will always be a viable option going forward in my life. Fischer Van Lines is like a family to me and I’m proud to be a part of the team here now and in the future.
